But this is not so normal everyday life. Rythm of my days is breakfeast, jogging or morning practise, free time, lunch, free time, practise and dinner. On my free time I have kept diary, washed laundry, stretched, walked around, done shopping for example. And then there have been extra program for a while.
Saku-dojo
I have started to enjoy being here. Basic are familiar and it is easier to find something tot do when not need to consentrate to getting warm :) It has been nice to notice in practise, that aikido is same althought we have no same language. And it is great how many japanese come to talk me after keiko and how well we understand each other only few common japanese and english words. It helps when both try and when misunderstanding is also common :)
On sunday I, Ariga-senseis wife Yuki and children visited in the Little Buddhas (I think is was the name) templearea, childrens amusement park and shopping. Pictured below are from temple area.

Kiitos!
